KOIBIRD, a luxury boutique in London, is seeking a talented Buying Admin Assistant to join its buying team. This innovative retail environment prioritizes storytelling and discovery through a unique edit of emerging and established designers. As a Buying Admin Assistant, you will support the buying team in day-to-day tasks across multiple brands and categories.

Key responsibilities include managing brand collateral, inputting order selections, checking order confirmations, and filing final orders. You will also be responsible for maintaining OTB trackers, supporting sales and stock reports, and manual input of seasonal buys onto the master sheet. Additionally, you will assist in preparing buying trips and schedules for fashion weeks, run errands as necessary, and provide administrative support to other areas of the business.
