Role Overview

The Modern Apprentice will gain practical experience and develop theoretical knowledge whilst obtaining formal qualifications in a world-class aero engine overhaul repair facility.

  • Ensure adherence to GE health & safety policy and safe working practices.
  • Perform multiple aspects of maintenance and repair to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with your team in the development and implementation of continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain Performing Engineering Operations (PEO) at SCQF Level 5 or Foundation Apprenticeship in Engineering by the required timeframe.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork skills, cooperation, and interest in further personal and career development.
  • Exhibit confident personality traits.
  • Show high flexibility, motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
