Housing Management Solicitor /Senior Solicitor – Salary up to £85,000 Depending on experience
The Role
This is an opportunity to join a leading international, award-winning, Legal 500 ranked Law Firm as a Housing Management Solicitor.
The Housing Team is growing and is now in search of an experienced Solicitor and Senior Solicitor to join its Housing Management Team.
The ideal candidate should be dedicated, well-organised, and committed to delivering top-notch service to clients. This role will involve collaborating with Partners on significant housing management claims, communication with barristers and experts.
The Candidate
- A qualified solicitor 2-8 PQE with experience in a similar litigated housing management background
- Experience in running a high quality litigation caseload
- Experience dealing with anti-social behaviour, residential possession claims, civil injunctions and housing disrepair is desirable
- Must have excellent level of client care
- Must have a high standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
- Must have the ability to analyse, evaluate and communicate information logically
- Have proficient IT skills
