Lead Commercial Property Team

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to lead our commercial property team in Bristol. As a Head of Commercial Property, you will be responsible for managing a team of solicitors, associates, and paralegals, and will play a key role in shaping the future of our commercial property practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of solicitors, associates, and paralegals in commercial property matters
  • Manage a caseload of commercial property transactions, including land and building acquisitions, landlord and tenant lease transactions, and corporate and litigation support
  • Develop and implement business strategies to grow the commercial property practice
  • Collaborate with senior solicitors and directors to achieve business objectives
