Job Title: Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at Henriques Griffiths LLP. As a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing a professional legal service to our clients, leading and managing a team, and providing input to the Firm's business plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a comprehensive, efficient, and cost-effective legal service to all clients of the firm allocated to the post-holder.
  • Lead and manage a team of Commercial Property Solicitors, providing direction, supervision, and coaching to ensure the team works together effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide input to the Firm's business plan, involving the team in building the department plan in support of the Firm's business plan.
  • Hold regular team meetings to ensure business and department progress is discussed and ideas shared.
  • Proactively seek and drive forward new marketing opportunities and business or client development potential to promote the Firm's business reputation.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with current practising certificate and minimum of 7 years post-qualified experience in the relevant areas of law.
  • Detailed knowledge, specialism, and wide-ranging experience of working within Commercial Property area of law.
  • Ability to draft documents, good commercial acumen, and ability to relate to clients at all levels.
  • Proven experience of effectively managing teams, marketing, and working with management information.
