Residential Turnaround Expert

In this exciting role as Residential Turnaround Expert, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement in our care homes and implementing strategies to drive positive change. With a strong focus on resident wellbeing, you will lead by example, demonstrating unparalleled kindness and inspiring others to do the same.

We require a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN and either a Registered Managers Award Level 4 or Leadership in Management in Care Level 4 or 5 qualification. Proven leadership experience in a care home for vulnerable adults is essential. If you can ask for input from the team to develop a vision and values for their home, help them understand targets and regulatory compliance, or address specific deficits, we want to hear from you.

Your annual salary will be approximately £57,000 (based on 40 hours), with the added benefits of car allowance (pro rata) and membership of The Nursing Times. We also cover the cost of your DBS Check. Enjoy working in a supportive environment with a Care Home Group Review Score of 9.5.
