EMEA Accounting Manager
At JFrog, we're looking for a highly skilled EMEA Accounting Manager to join our finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting operations, implementing accounting policies, and ensuring statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including financial reporting, journal entries, and account reconciliation.
- Collaborate with other departments to address financial implications of business initiatives.
- Establish and implement consistent accounting policies and practices.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including local statutory audits and tax filings.
- Responsible for statutory reporting and US GAAP to STAT GAAP reconciliation.
- Work with external professional service providers on auditing and tax compliance-related projects.
Requirements:
- Native English with a high level of French.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in high-tech companies.
- Experience with ERP systems, Netsuite with multibook enabled a plus.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and French GAAP.
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
- Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
