About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM/3D Manager to join our MEP division in Glasgow, as part of our successful national MEP team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with our North division, joining a fun and highly engaged MEP team who love what they do. We have a wealth of experience and will offer support, development opportunities, and expert advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a growing team of technicians and support with the education of our graduates.
  • Production of 2D and 3D engineering models and drawing using software such as AutoCAD and Revit, Clash detection and model coordination.
  • Engage with other Revit technicians, BIM Managers, and engineers to help develop solutions to 3D environment issues and support the development of the group as a whole.
  • Support the BIM technology needs of the Leeds office and national team, and educate new starters around the use of Revit.
Requirements
  • In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of Autodesk software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Passion for digital engineering, building information modelling, and innovation.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems and how services should be routed and coordinated.
  • The ideal candidate will have a BTEC/HNC in building performance engineering or another relevant engineering discipline, but we will consider candidates without this qualification who have significant experience in technical drawing production using Revit.
  • We welcome applications from experienced BIM Managers looking for a new challenge or experienced Seniors looking to step up into the role who have a desire to manage their own team.
