Assistant Syndicate Accountant Opportunity

WPR is pleased to be working with a Lloyd's Underwriter to fill a permanent Assistant Syndicate Accountant position based in the City of London, with 4 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the production and delivery of all financial regulatory and compliance returns, including Lloyd's returns.
  2. Process technical accounting entries and reconcile back to source systems in respect of the bookkeeping of all insurance transactions for the Lloyd's syndicate.
  3. Perform balance sheet and P&L reconciliations, including LCA reconciliation.

The ideal candidate will have 1 or 2 years of experience in the Insurance industry and be looking to complete an accounting qualification.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the Lloyd's syndicate.
