Job Description

This role involves leading the end-to-end data migration strategy, collaborating with technical teams, stakeholders, and business leaders to align data migration activities with organisational goals. You will play a key role in managing risks, resolving challenges, and continuously improving the migration process.

  • Define and drive the data migration roadmap, ensuring seamless transition of critical data between systems while minimising disruption.
  • Create, prioritise, and refine a migration-specific product backlog, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and to a high quality.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with product owners, business analysts, engineering teams, and vendors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in financial services as a Product Owner/Management or similar role.
  • Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team on customer and business-focused data products and services.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.
