Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Breakfix Workshop Supervisor to join our Operations Function at CDW UK. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers, partners, and logistics and compliance professionals to ensure the efficient and economical movement of goods to CDW engineers and customers.

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Breakfix Services from Rugby NDC or Huntingdon Facilities, ensuring that all procedures are followed and safety and ESD precautions are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow established procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work effectively with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Model professional behavior and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and procedures are followed.
  • Accurately complete paperwork and system entries.
  • Organize and manage individual workloads and time effectively.
  • Liaise with the Workshop Senior Engineer to define priorities, objectives, and strategy.
  • Maintain and improve skills in relevant technologies through training and personal development.
  • Ensure customers receive the highest level of quality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Be willing to work extra hours during peak periods to ensure SLAs are met.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Advantageous to have experience within the IT industry (test and repair) and within a logistics function.

Essential attributes include excellent organizational and communication skills, flexibility, motivation, professionalism, honesty, and a self-motivated and proactive approach.
