The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing PE and VC funds, knowledge of debt financing and structuring, and experience in evaluating investment opportunities with detailed and thorough due diligence. They will also possess a strong network of advisors and introducers to support deal origination, as well as exceptional communication skills and financial literacy.
