Job Title

A leading recruitment agency, Octane Recruitment, is seeking an experienced Automotive Systems Engineer to join our team as a Mobile Vehicle Service Technician.

About the Role

This position requires a strong understanding of automotive systems and the ability to use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex problems. The successful candidate will have experience in diagnosing and repairing vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle problems, including engine, transmission, brake, suspension, and electrical issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 equivalent or higher will be required to work as a Mobile Vehicle Service Technician.
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools and software.
  • Valid driver's license.

Salary Information:

Up to £34,560 + Bonus (OTE £42,500)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 Saturdays. 35-hour contract
