We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator Apprentice to join our team at Best Practice Network Limited. As a key member of our early years team, you will play a vital role in supporting the care and education of children from birth to 5 years.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working alongside qualified early years practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities and experiences
  • Contributing to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's well-being and happiness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong desire to work with young children and make a positive impact on their lives
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability
  • GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Grade 4/C)
Salary

£24,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
