Early Years Educator Apprentice

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Early Years Educator Apprentice. As a key member of our early years team, you will play a vital role in supporting the care and education of children from birth to 5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work alongside qualified early years practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education to children
  • Support children's learning and development through engaging activities and experiences
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's well-being and happiness
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong desire to work with young children and make a positive impact on their lives
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, colleagues, and parents
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team, with flexibility and adaptability
  • GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Grade 4/C)
Training and Development

As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through:

  • A Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship
  • Ongoing support and mentoring from experienced early years practitioners
  • Regular opportunities for training and professional development
Career Progression

Salary

£22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
