Lead the Way in Digital Sales Excellence

We're searching for a seasoned sales professional to drive our Digital Sales Cloud business forward in the Manufacturing, Automotive & Energy industries. As a Sales Leadership Expert, you will lead a talented team of Sales Executives, leveraging your expertise to expand our presence and generate revenue.

About the Role:

  • Develop a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy to boost our relevance and propel the expansion of our Digital Sales Cloud business area.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives in client meetings and provide guidance from other corporate resources as needed.
  • Oversee a high-performance team, encompassing recruiting, hiring, training, and talent development.
  • Foster enhanced team unity, internal connections, and cross-functional collaboration within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Promote pipeline generation initiatives to enhance revenue-generating opportunities for customer accounts.
  • Mentor and professionally develop Account Executives to achieve high closure rates and identify lucrative opportunities.
  • Provide accurate sales activity and forecasting reports to Area Sales Management.

Skillset:

  • A strong background in building/managing successful sales teams.
  • Proven experience in solution sales, particularly in Software/SaaS/Cloud environments.
  • Expertise in leading teams selling innovative technology solutions to large Enterprise and Commercial clients.
  • Demonstrated success in navigating complex customer relationships.
  • Adept at operating effectively in matrix/multi-product sales environments.
