Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join our Engineering team at Finsbury Food Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous production.

•Fault Finding: Conduct thorough investigations to identify and resolve equipment faults, ensuring minimal disruption to production.

•Teamwork: Collaborate with other engineers and production staff to achieve maintenance objectives and improve overall efficiency.

•Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

•Qualifications: Time served apprentice or NVQ Level 3 equivalent in electrical and mechanical engineering.

•Skills: Strong electrical and mechanical engineering skills, with experience in fault finding and maintenance.

•Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and coach other engineers and production staff.

•Computer Skills: Proficient in CMMS systems and other industrial software.
