Early Years Practitioner Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team in Wymondham and surrounding areas.

Job Description

The successful candidate will support the development of children’s language and communication skills, encourage positive behaviour, and provide pastoral care when required.

  • Supporting children’s cognitive and social development.
  • Preparing and setting up activities to stimulate learning.
  • Providing feedback to parents on children’s progress and achievements.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an Early Years Practitioner in an early childhood education setting.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
