We are seeking a Relief Bank Support Coach to join our team at Social Interest Group.
The successful candidate will form part of a team offering support to around 52 residents across services in Medway, providing assistance to single homeless people and ex-offenders.
The main resident caseload for this role will be based in Chatham, but the team operates across Gillingham, Chatham, and Rochester.
As a Relief Bank Support Coach, you will work closely with residents to provide guidance and support, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
They will also have a strong understanding of the challenges faced by single homeless people and ex-offenders, and be able to provide tailored support to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities- Provide support and guidance to residents, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
