Paediatric Dietitian

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Dietitian to join our team in South West London. As a Paediatric Dietitian, you will work with our client to provide high-quality care to children and families, conducting thorough assessments, formulating care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting autonomous assessments of patients' health conditions.
- Formulating and implementing care plans.
- Providing treatment as necessary.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date department records in line with professional standards.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Current and valid registration with the HCPC in the UK as a Dietitian.
- Previous experience as a Dietitian either in the UK or overseas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
