We are seeking an experienced Homecare Supplier Account Manager to join our dynamic team at IQVIA.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Manage homecare providers and optimize commercial pricing strategies.
  • • Ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with industry regulations.
  • • Develop and maintain strong relationships with homecare providers.
  • • Oversee the Commercial Medicines Unit and manage customer accounts, quotas, and discounts.
  • • Design and implement commercial policies to drive business growth.

Technical Competencies:

  • Clinical Knowledge:
  • • Understanding of pharmaceutical products, patient care, and homecare services.
  • Patient-Centric Care:
  • • Ability to ensure high-quality patient care and enhance patient experience.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
  • • Working effectively with healthcare professionals and homecare teams to provide holistic care.
  • Governance and Compliance:
  • • Ensuring adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Market Analysis:
  • • Conducting market research to understand pricing trends and competitive landscape.
  • Financial Acumen:
  • • Understanding cost structures and financial implications of pricing decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in pricing, supplier management, or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
