Lead Homecare Service Team

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious leader to manage our homecare service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our care managers and coordinating all aspects of care provision. Your goal will be to ensure that we deliver the highest standards of care to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead our homecare service team, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual clients' needs.
  • Built strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction and trust in our services.
  • Identify and pursue business growth opportunities through effective networking initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 NVQ in health and social care or degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the homecare sector, with a track record of delivering high-quality care services.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
