Flexible Teaching Assistant Role

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to designated students, encouraging them to complete tasks assigned by the class teacher.
- Shadow students throughout the school day, including during lunch as needed.
- Ensure students are prepared for lessons, with all necessary equipment and punctual.
- Manage potential disruptions, de-escalate challenging situations, and remove students from lessons if necessary.
- Build strong relationships with students, setting clear expectations.
- Offer positive encouragement, feedback, and praise to enhance self-esteem.
- Promote inclusion, encouraging students to interact and engage with peers.
