Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at BET365. As a key member of our facilities services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of cleanliness across our property portfolio and ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner and to a high standard.
Main Responsibilities
- Undertake weekly stock checks to ensure that all necessary cleaning supplies are available and in good condition.
- Develop and implement cleaning policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with line managers and other stakeholders to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Review and improve team work practices and environment to ensure that they are aligned with company standards.
- Maintain a flexible approach to work and be willing to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ensure that all chemicals are stored and used safely and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Follow all personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with the recruitment and training of new team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
- Professional cleaning experience with a flexible approach to work.
- Full understanding of COSHH and health and safety guidelines.
- Experience in the performance and development of staff, including objective setting.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Competent IT skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Working Arrangements
The night shift follows a 7on/7off pattern, with a working week that runs from Monday to Sunday. A typical night shift will require you to work Monday 18:00 – 03:30 and Tuesday to Sunday 18:00 – 03:00.
