Job Title: Area Cleaning Manager

This is a challenging role that requires strong communication skills, particularly in training and supervising line workers and supervisors. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Key Accounts Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage budgets, quality control, staffing, training, work assignments, and time cards.
  • Conduct monthly on-site inspections with Site Supervisors and clients to ensure quality control.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of cleaning services, including restroom sanitation, office cleaning, carpet care, hard floor care, equipment operation, chemical knowledge, and safety.
  • Prepare clear and legible written reports, quality control inspections, employee evaluations, and other forms as needed.
  • Understand and implement the Scope of Work for contracts and communicate this knowledge to Site Supervisors and workers.
  • Utilize computer software, including spreadsheets, word processing, and other products used in managing accounts.
Requirements:
  • Full-time, permanent position.
  • Competitive salary: £40,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Company car and on-site parking.
  • Monday to Friday working hours.
  • Driving Licence (Essential).
