Job Overview:

Premier Foods is a leading food company with strong momentum, driving growth through innovation. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Breakfast and New Categories team, responsible for delivering innovative products that meet consumer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a pipeline of innovation projects across the Breakfast category and new whitespace areas for FUEL10K.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive innovation projects through the Gate process, ensuring timely delivery and scalability.
  • Take ownership of the P&L for innovation projects, focusing on profitability and growth.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Factory, Sales, and Finance teams to deliver successful innovations.

Requirements:

  • 6-8+ years experience in FMCG or brand-led organizations, with exposure to food and drink innovation.
  • Strong commercial orientation, analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Proven track record of delivering big-bet innovations, with a focus on scalability and profitability.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, bias for action, and personal accountability.
  • Able to inspire and lead a cross-functional team to achieve business objectives.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.
