We are seeking an experienced Engineering Test Supervisor to join our team at our purpose-built testing facility in Northamptonshire. As an Engineering Test Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mechanical testing services, providing technical support and supervision to our engineers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and oversee the progress of multiple mechanical tests on a daily basis
- Supervise and support engineers and technicians in resolving technical issues and ensuring tests are completed to the highest standards
- Liaise with customers to report testing progress and provide updates
- Ensure materials and equipment are ready for testing and report any issues or requirements for new equipment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in a test, production engineering, development, or design background
- Hold a supporting mechanical engineering qualification of HNC or above
- Comfortable working a morning shift pattern of 6am to 2pm
- A competitive salary and company contributory pension scheme

- Paid overtime at 1.25 times the hourly rate
