Join Our Team as a Site Supervisor

VolkerLaser is a leading provider of specialist works to clients across the UK, offering a tailored package of structural solutions to meet their needs. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Site Supervisor to join our team and work on our concrete testing framework for National Highways.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of site staff to ensure the successful delivery of concrete testing projects
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • Proven experience working on highway schemes within a concrete testing environment
  • SSSTS and CSCS certifications as a minimum
  • A full driving license is an essential requirement for the role
