About the Site Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to join our team at Sorbon Estates Ltd. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our construction site, ensuring that the build programme is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing all aspects of the build programme, including scheduling and resource allocation.
  2. Overseeing the daily operations of the site, including management of sub-contractors and labourers.
  3. Ensuring that all health and safety protocols are followed and that the site is maintained in a safe and secure manner.
  4. Monitoring the quality of the build and rectifying any issues that arise.
  5. Collaborating with other regional teams to ensure that problems are addressed and rectified.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of experience in a site management role, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of health and safety best practices.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  1. Proven experience working in a site management role in a residential house building environment.
  2. Excellent team management and leadership skills.
  3. Demonstrable understanding and application of health and safety best practices and legislation.
  4. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings.
  5. SMSTS qualified, CSCS card, first aider, and fire marshal.
