Business Development Representative

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service. The role involves managing a portfolio of existing clients, identifying and developing new business opportunities, preparing and delivering tailored presentations and proposals to clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, tracking and reporting on client satisfaction and account performance, negotiating contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue, and staying updated on industry trends to inform client strategies.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services, track and report on client satisfaction and account performance, negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue, and stay updated on industry trends to inform client strategies.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role, strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines, self-motivated with a results-driven approach, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Estimated Salary:£40,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus commission and bonus potential.
