Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Constant Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless order management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Orders: Manage customer orders from start to delivery, ensuring products are available on time and meeting customer expectations.
  • Customer Queries: Promptly handle enquiries about orders, shipping arrangements, and collection/delivery dates, providing clear and accurate information to customers.
  • Professional Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent communication and supporting product-related queries.
  • Order Documentation: Use customer portals to identify and track orders, booking freight collections, and monitoring deliveries.
  • Shipping & Export: Support export customers with shipping documentation and ensure timely, accurate information is provided.
  • Finance Support: Work with the Finance and Sales teams to keep customers within their credit facilities and payment terms.
  • Continuous Improvement: Work alongside the Team Leader to update work instructions and ensure all systems are current.

  • Strong Communicator: Whether by phone or email, you excel at building strong customer relationships and providing clear information.
  • Adaptable & Methodical: You can stay calm and methodical, even in fast-moving situations, handling tasks with precision.
