Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cell Biology Research Lead to join our team at BioTalent in London. This is a competitive 12-month maternity cover contract, with the possibility of extension.

In this role, you will contribute to the development and characterization of antibodies and antibody drug conjugates through various cell-based assays. Your expertise in cancer biology and experience in antibody discovery will be invaluable in supporting target validation and clinical candidate selection.

You will also oversee a team of four motivated professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.

To succeed in this position, you will require a well-versed background in cell-based assay development, industry experience, and experience in antibody discovery.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine impact on the business and work alongside like-minded individuals who share your passion for patient-focused research.

The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
