Conveyancing Legal Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join our team at QED Legal. As a key member of our Conveyancing department, you will provide administrative support to our fee earners, ensuring the smooth delivery of conveyancing services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist fee earners with typing dictation, using database, ID checks, filing, and scanning
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting visitors and giving updates
  • Support the team with administrative tasks, ensuring high-quality service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience directly assisting a fee earner or multiple fee earners
  • Experience in a Conveyancing department, preferably with typing dictation and database skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
