We are seeking an experienced Electronics Support Specialist to join our client's organisation as a product champion. The role involves managing one of their products, providing technical support and staying at the forefront of industry advancements to advise on new product development.

The ideal candidate will have passion and expertise in electronics and possess exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They will be responsible for managing helpdesk tickets from initiation to resolution, providing technical support via phone and email, and conducting hands-on testing of CCTV systems.

  • Passion and expertise in a hardware role, preferably in the electronics or tech industry with CCTV or networking.
  • Networking knowledge and ability to troubleshoot faults.
