**Key Responsibilities**

  • Implement and maintain brand standards and policies across all store locations
  • Deliver industry-leading guest satisfaction through exceptional service and quality food
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, employee assignments, and inventory control
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to food safety and health and hygiene standards
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Optimize controllable costs and drive profitability through effective management of labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance

**Requirements**

  • Proven operational experience with a focus on opening new locations or managing existing ones
  • Able to understand and manage P&L statements, budgets, and payroll
  • Familiarity with weekly sales information and its impact on store operations
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with store team members and provide ongoing training and development opportunities

**Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
