This is a temp to perm role that requires a full driving licence and your own transport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct incoming calls to consultants and take full messages
  • Screen new potential drivers when they apply
  • Interview and register drivers
  • Maintain compliance and complete relevant checks
  • Update driver availability
  • Manage sensitive documents digitally
  • Create, post, and manage adverts
  • Input and data entry
  • General office administration duties
Requirements
  • An eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Prepared for fast-paced work with strong multitasking skills
  • An interest in people and building relationships
  • Full driving licence
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and conscientious with a strong drive
  • An excellent and confident telephone manner
  • A passion for working with people
  • The ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities
