Job Title: Recruitment Administrator

Silver Arrow Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer to join our office-based team in Birchwood, Warrington.

This is a temp-to-perm role, requiring a full driving license and own transport.

We specialize in recruiting HGV drivers, but if you have resourcing experience from a different sector, please get in touch.

Shift Pattern:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 0830-1700
  • 30-minute lunch break and early finish on Fridays
Salary:
  • £10.52-£11.44 per hour for the first 12 weeks
  • £20,000-£23,795 per annum once permanent
  • Occasional weekend on-call shifts, paid in addition to salary
Job Responsibilities:
  • Directing calls to consultants and taking full messages
  • Screening new potential drivers when they apply
  • Interviewing and registering drivers
  • Maintaining compliance and completing relevant checks
  • Updating driver availability
  • Managing sensitive documents digitally
  • Creating, posting, and managing adverts
  • Inputting and data entry
  • General office administration duties, including sending emails
Requirements:
  • An eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Prepared for fast-paced work and strong multitasking skills
  • An interest in people and building relationships
  • Full driving license
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and conscientious with a strong drive
  • An excellent and confident telephone manner
  • A passion for working with people
  • The ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
