Regional Development Manager

As a key player in Waterman Aspen's growth strategy, we are seeking an exceptional Regional Development Manager to spearhead business development initiatives across the UK.
About the Role:This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil or structural engineering, traffic engineering, or transport planning, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and revenue expansion
- Manage and support a team of engineers and technical specialists to deliver high-profile infrastructure projects
- Promote Waterman Aspen's services through networking events, socials, and CPD seminars
