Assistant Store Manager - Betws Y Coed

At FatFace, we're on a mission to bring style and positivity to our customers' lives. As an Assistant Store Manager in our Betws Y Coed store, you'll play a key role in driving sales, managing costs, and delivering our brand through the visual proposition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional standards of behaviour to maintain the integrity of the brand.
  • Drive and role model customer service standards to exceed customer expectations.
  • Train, coach, and develop your team, supporting the completion of appraisals and performance reviews.
  • Proactively analyse financial data, retail strategy, and local knowledge to maximise sales opportunities and support commercial decisions.
  • Ensure the store is working to budget through effective scheduling, cost controls, and crew productivity.
  • Communicate and liaise with Head Office to influence and maximise the stock package.
  • Oversee and execute the FatFace visual proposition to company standards.
