**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance professional to lead the finance business partnering function across our Children and Families directorates. As our Senior Corporate Finance Executive, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in ensuring the delivery of our Medium-Term Financial Strategy.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of 11 finance professionals in providing financial management and business partnering support for a gross budget of £335m across the following service areas:
  • Children's Social Care
  • Early Help & Prevention
  • Education & Inclusion

**Key Requirements**

  • CCAB Qualified Accountant with extensive finance business partnering experience at a local authority or similar
  • Children's Service experience is highly beneficial
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across finance, children's services, and external partners
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
