**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Family Intervention Specialist to join our Intervention Hub team at Cheshire West and Chester Council. As a Family Intervention Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality family intervention service to families open to Children's Social Care.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver relevant interventions to ensure immediate needs are met and long-term positive change is achieved.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to provide a consistent and high-quality service to children and families.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of 'New Ways of Working' with our multi-agency partners.
