About the Role

We are seeking a talented Driver Fleet Lead to join our team at EMED Group.

The successful candidate will have a full UK (manual) driving licence, at least 2 years' driving experience, and IT skills in Outlook and Excel. They will also have excellent organisational and time management skills.

The role involves coordinating maintenance schedules, optimizing routes for efficient delivery, and prioritizing driver and public safety. The Driver Fleet Lead will also be responsible for overseeing the timely dispatch of vehicles and drivers to ensure smooth and on-time delivery of healthcare supplies and equipment.

The estimated salary for this role is £59 per hour. As a member of our team, you will benefit from a range of perks, including life assurance, 24/7 online GP consultation, and access to prescriptions.

In this role, you will work closely with our warehouse team to oversee inventory management, including receiving, storage, and distribution of healthcare products. You will also provide operational support to our team, including training new drivers on daily schedules, implementing safety protocols, and continuously improving processes.
