About the Role

At Simpson Associates, we're passionate about harnessing the power of data to drive business success. As a key member of our services delivery team, you'll play a crucial role in leading projects that develop innovative software solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead application development projects using our proprietary project methodology
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and design, develop, test, and deploy effective solutions
  • Deliver high-quality applications and services that meet customer needs and expectations
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate project issues proactively to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Support Consultants and Senior Consultants in the delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and related technologies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in application development and cloud computing
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading application development projects using Agile methodologies
  • Strong technical skills in full-stack development, including ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and automation processes
  • Knowledge of data integration and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools, such as Entity Framework
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as DevOps Engineer Expert or Prince2 Agile
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively
