About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Assistant to join our team in our residential services in Godalming, Surrey. As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic individuals to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing daily living support to individuals with autism, including personal care and domestic tasks
- Assisting individuals with their independence and personal development goals
- Supporting and transporting individuals to integrate into their community
- Developing individuals' home making skills and personal chores
- Transforming lives and achieving results for autistic adults

Requirements
We are looking for a Support Assistant who is passionate about working with autistic individuals and has experience supporting vulnerable people in a residential setting. You will have a background in supporting autistic people or be willing to undergo our fantastic training programme.
