Job Title: Building Services Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a strong background in Mechanical Engineering and project management? Do you have experience working on large-scale construction projects, particularly in the laboratory and critical systems sector?

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Services Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece London. As a key member of our M&E team, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of Mechanical services installations on a high-profile laboratory project in the Reading area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the installation of Mechanical services on the laboratory project
  • Lead a team of M&E professionals to ensure timely and efficient project delivery
  • Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure seamless integration of Mechanical services
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans to ensure optimal system performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum HNC level in a relevant field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering)
  • At least 5 years of experience in the MEP contracting arena, with a strong background in Mechanical services
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
