Job Title: Building Services Manager

Location: Reading

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Car or Allowance + Benefits

A Building Services Manager is required to oversee projects across Reading, London, and Oxford. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical bias and experience in project management, MEP design reviews, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management and coordination
  • MEP design reviews and collaboration with design consultants
  • Leading and managing the MEP Team
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attending site and client meetings
  • Monitoring project progress and programme delivery, particularly M&E
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and variations
  • Managing M&E subcontractors and external/internal agents
  • Providing health and safety input at a strategic level
  • Ensuring quality assurance and compliance

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a strong background in building services, project management, and team leadership. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
