Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced support professional to join our client's established supported living home in Cambridge. As a female support worker, you will play a vital role in assisting vulnerable service users with daily care activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive support to service users with all aspects of daily care.
- Assist with personal care, moving and handling, and daily activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to a safe and respectful environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum six months' experience working within the health sector in the UK.
- Full enhanced DBS disclosure.
- Positive attitude towards working in care.
- Flexibility and dedication to delivering high-quality care.
Estimated Salary: £11,550 per annum (based on 20 hours per week)
