Person Requirements

  • Time Served Site Services or Facilities Engineer, preferably from the FMCG Industry
  • People and Performance Management Experience

Job Requirements

  • Work in Partnership with Factory Managers, facilities team, engineering team, team leaders, planners and other areas to carry out repairs to facilities equipment and plant machinery.
  • People Management and Performance Management - implement plans to improve performance of underperforming colleagues, as well as career development plans to recognize top performers.
  • Managing and Directing Contractors, ensuring standards and budgets are met.
  • Become Competent and Agile with the use of the internal CMMS, supporting preventative and daily team maintenance activity.
  • Set an Example to the wider team on best practice and actively challenge behaviors.
  • Manage the Team of facilities technicians, Team Leaders and coordinators.
  • Carry Out Planned Inspection Routes on facilities plant and proactive maintenance schedules.
  • Follow Site H&S Procedures and report any risks via the internal reporting process.
