Care Manager for Vulnerable Youth

Oasis Restore is a pioneering secure school in England, offering a revolutionary approach to youth justice. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Practitioner, responsible for managing the care of children and staff within one of our three residential houses.

This role presents a unique opportunity for someone with experience in children's residential care, youth justice, social work, therapies, or teaching, to take on a senior post and contribute to the development of life skills, emotional, social, and cognitive abilities of our young people.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a total starting salary of £42,692 per annum, plus a £5,250 Restore Management allowance and a £6,531 Unsocial Hours Allowance payment (subject to eligibility criteria). Our staff also benefit from the Local Government Pension Scheme.

The successful candidate will be based at our Oasis Restore Secure School in Rochester, Medway, Kent, and will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our young people, as well as leading and managing a team of staff. Interviews will be held in end of January/beginning of February 2025, but exact dates will be confirmed separately.
