Independent Living Coordinator - Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Independent Living Coordinator to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to coordinate independent living services for our customers.

About the Role:
This role will involve coordinating independent living services, promoting customers' independence and personal potential. You will work closely with staff to ensure safe handling of medication and promote safe practices and undertake risk assessments as appropriate.

The successful candidate will have previous experience supervising a team, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to form positive relationships with people from varied backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating independent living services
  • Ensuring safe handling of medication
  • Promoting safe practices and undertaking risk assessments

Estimated Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum (£10.42 per hour).
